The role will involve working with corporate HQ in China and world wide process experts and customers. Candidates can come from the following disciplines:
- SiC or GaN Wafer Processing Technology
- SiC Device / Product Engineering
- SiC or GaN Epitaxy
- SiC or GaN Reliability Testing
- SiC Module Packaging
- SiC or GaN Process Integration
- Strong semiconductor process experience within the fab
- Excellent device physics knowledge Gallium Nitride or Silicon Carbide
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to travel when required
- Degree qualified
