Head of Sales and Global eCommerce

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our global eCommerce channel strategies. As Head of Sales and Global eCommerce, you will be responsible for developing and executing robust strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of global eCommerce channel strategies
  • Guide and mentor a high-performing global eCommerce team
  • Identify and optimize tools and technologies to enhance sales performance
  • Oversee sales and P&L for pure-play eCommerce retailers
  • Ensure top-tier product and brand presentation across all online platforms
  • Collaborate with Channel Marketing to drive continuous improvement
  • Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and strategic analyses
Your Profile
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role with deep expertise in eCommerce and digital marketing
  • Leadership experience, preferably in a global setting
  • Comprehensive understanding of online retail and marketplace dynamics
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in using analytics tools for strategic decisions
  • Exceptional communication skills with success in negotiations with international key accounts
  • Fluency in English is required, proficiency in additional languages, particularly German, is a plus
  • Willingness to travel internationally

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Leadership experience, preferably in a global setting
