:About the Position
Our organization is enhancing its commitment to User Engagement by broadening its Product Design division within the Corporate Banking sector. This sector is heavily reliant on technology, with a growing demand from clients for instantaneous processing, integrated solutions, and access to relevant data.

Joining our team presents a distinctive opportunity to assist in reimagining the foundation of critical processing systems from the ground up. The Corporate Banking division encompasses a wide array of services including Cash Management, Securities Services, Trade Finance, and Trust & Agency Services, supported by 'horizontally' aligned teams such as Client Connectivity, Infrastructure, Architecture, Production, Surveillance & Compliance, and Risk Management.
We are in search of a lead product visualizer to integrate into one of these horizontally aligned teams, focusing on enhancing the Corporate Banking portfolio with a strong emphasis on user-centric design.
Key Responsibilities
Spearhead and design the exploration, development, and implementation processes as part of the design team Facilitate and/or support workshop sessions utilizing Design Sprint and Design Thinking methodologies Create user-friendly, accessible, and best-practice mobile-first applications for web and devices Develop interactive prototypes in Figma or Axure for user testing and presentations Design for iOS, Android, responsive web, and WCAG 2.1 AA standards Collaborate with development teams to review and deliver applicationsEssential Qualifications
Multiple years of relevant professional experience Extensive knowledge of user experience and interface design principles Proficient in designing and prototyping using Figma Proficient in written and spoken EnglishDesired Qualifications
Significant years of relevant professional experience Bachelor's degree in information design, interaction design, communication design, or a related field Comprehensive knowledge in user experience and interface design Previous experience in designing complex enterprise-level workflows Proficiency in applications such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, and AxureThis position is available in both full-time and part-time capacities
