Job Description

At ITL Germany, we're shaping the future of technology and innovation. Our dynamic corporate landscape is full of possibilities, and we're looking for a talented Program Manager to join our team.

As a Program Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and timeliness of activities related to design, build, and implementation of work products. You'll participate in requirements elicitation, review of architecture, review design and estimation, staffing analysis & solutioning, and risk planning.

You'll act as a mentor and support the project team in developing optimized high-quality deliverables. You'll be part of a learning culture where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for stakeholders and manage relationships
  • Manage risks and dependencies, track and review progress across work streams, and ensure it's progressing as per schedule
  • Hold complete responsibility for deliverables and services of this work order
  • Represent the supplier in operations committee, status meetings, and reviews
  • Perform daily program management throughout the program life cycle
  • Define program governance (controls), plan the overall program, and monitor progress
  • Manage the program's budget, manage risks and issues, and take corrective measurements
  • Knowledge of multiple SDLC models, relevant quality and process frameworks like CMMi, ITIL, estimation methodologies, and SLA frameworks

Requirements:

  • German proficiency level of C1/C2 (minimum) and ability to speak in English
  • Experience in J2EE, Spring, Springboot, Restful Webservices
  • PMP certifications and Oracle and Java Certification are a plus
