At ITL Germany, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in planning and ensuring the quality and timeliness of activities related to design, build, and implementation of work products.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in requirements elicitation, review of architecture, review design and estimation, staffing analysis & solutioning, and risk planning.
- Act as a mentor and support the project team in developing optimized high-quality deliverables.
- Participate in a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.
- Manage risks and issues and take corrective measurements.
- Represent the supplier in operations committee, status meetings, and reviews.
- Define the program governance (controls) and plan the overall program and monitor progress.
- Manage the program's budget and knowledge of multiple SDLC models.
- Knowledge of relevant quality and process frameworks like CMMi, ITIL, estimation methodologies, and SLA frameworks.
- German proficiency level of C1/C2 (Minimum) and ability to speak in English.
- Act as the 1st point of contact for stakeholders/relationship management.
- Risk and dependency management.
- Track and review progress across work streams and ensure it is progressing as per schedule.
- Hold complete responsibility for the deliverables and services of this work order.
- PMP certifications.
- Oracle and Java Certification.
- High analytical skills.
- A high degree of initiative and flexibility.
- High customer orientation.
- High quality awareness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
