Job Title: Senior Expert Plant Engineering

Uniper's Engineering Division is seeking a highly skilled Senior Expert to lead our Plant and Process Engineering team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to our engineers and project teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical authority for Uniper's Engineering in the field of process and plant engineering
  • Provide technical leadership in cross-project technical areas of plant design, layout, process engineering, and thermodynamic modeling
  • Develop and manage technical expertise across projects and pass it on to employees as a consultant, mentor, and coach
  • Present the company's technical expertise in plant planning to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Master of Science in Process Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 15 years of experience as a senior engineer in plant engineering
  • Outstanding expertise in process and plant engineering
  • Experience in commissioning power plants or industrial facilities
  • Proven track record of developing exceptional expertise
  • Ability to communicate complex issues
  • Fluent in German and English
