Key Responsibilities
  • As the lead technical authority for Uniper's Engineering in the field of process and plant engineering, your activities will include:
  • cross-project technical leadership in the technically complex core areas of plant design for new power plant and industrial process plants with neutral or minimized CO2 emissions;
  • professional leadership in various technical areas of expertise (e.g. plant design, layout, process engineering, thermodynamic modeling, commissioning);
  • managing the cross-project development of technical expertise and passing this on to employees in the individual projects as a consultant, mentor, and coach;
Requirements
  • Master of Science in Process Engineering or equivalent;
  • At least 15 years of experience as a senior engineer in plant engineering;
  • Outstanding expertise in process and plant engineering;
  • Experience in the commissioning of power plants or industrial facilities;
  • Proven track record of developing exceptional expertise;
  • Ability to communicate highly complex issues;
  • Very good communication skills;
  • Committed, convincing, and representative demeanor;
  • Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders;
  • Fluent in German and English;
