Supporting the Regional Sales Director in Europe

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Regional Sales Director in Europe in efficiently organizing and managing the sales department.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and other business documents for internal and external purposes.
  • Prepare for and follow up on customer meetings, including preparing necessary documents and tracking actions.
  • Analyze and maintain related tools.
  • Collect and prepare strategic market information.
  • Plan and coordinate business trips in collaboration with the Travel Management.
  • Process approval procedures using leading systems such as ATOSS, Concur, SAP S/4 HANA, and DOCUframe.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of sales activities.
  • Plan and manage trade show visits, including follow-up activities.
  • Prepare and maintain reports for the sales leadership.

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training.
  • Ideal candidate has several years of experience in a comparable position.
  • Good business English, additional foreign languages are an asset.
  • Organizational talent.
  • Basic knowledge of contract law is desirable.
  • Clear and precise communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Teams, MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), MS Notes.
  • Experience with SAP S/4 HANA is an asset.
