Pflegefachkraft - Gerontopsychiatrie (m/w/d) - Care Professional - Gerontopsychiatry (m/f/d)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Professional to join our team at Vivantes – Netzwerk für Gesundheit GmbH. As a Care Professional in Gerontopsychiatry, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, document, and evaluate the care process based on the current care concept
- Administer necessary medical treatment and implement doctor's orders (taking vital signs, administering medication, wound care, etc.)
- Active participation in internal quality assurance measures (e.g., care visits, case and team meetings)
- Plan, design, and actively participate in resident-oriented daily structuring measures and social care
- Active involvement of residents, their relatives, and other relevant individuals in the care process
- Continuous development of theoretical and practical care competence (training, practical guidance, literature, etc.)
- Induction of new staff members, students, interns, and trainees
Requirements
- Completed training as a Care Professional, Health and Nursing Professional, or Elderly Care Professional
- Class 3 or B driving license
- Organizational talent and a well-structured, independent working style
- Engagement and motivation
- Respectful treatment of customers, relatives, and colleagues
- Friendly demeanor, high level of social competence, and ability to quickly adapt to new situations
