Pflegefachkraft - Gerontopsychiatrie (m/w/d) - Care Professional - Gerontopsychiatry

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Professional to join our team at Vivantes – Netzwerk für Gesundheit GmbH. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, document, and evaluate the care process based on the current care concept.
- Administer necessary medical treatment and implement doctor's orders (taking vital signs, administering medications, wound care, etc.).
- Active participation in internal quality assurance measures (e.g., care visits, case and team meetings).
- Plan, design, and actively participate in resident-oriented daily structuring measures and social care.
- Active involvement of residents, their relatives, and other relevant individuals in the care process.
- Continuous development of theoretical and practical care competencies (training, practical guidance, literature, etc.).
- Induction of new staff members, students, interns, and trainees.
Requirements
- Completed training as a care professional, health and nursing assistant, or geriatric nurse.
- Valid driver's license (class 3 or B).
- Organizational talent and a well-structured, independent working style.
- Engagement and motivation.
- Respectful treatment of customers, relatives, and colleagues.
- Friendly demeanor, high level of social competence, and ability to adapt quickly to new situations.
