Mobile Equipment Service Technician

The U.S. Army Europe and Africa is seeking a highly skilled Mobile Equipment Service Technician to join their team. As a key member of the 405th Army Field Support Brigade (AFS) BASOPS Maintenance division (BMD), you will be responsible for repairing and inspecting special purpose vehicles and equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanics, with experience in diagnosing and repairing complex equipment. You will work closely with the team to ensure that all vehicles and equipment are in good working condition, and that any issues are addressed promptly.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Repairing and inspecting special purpose vehicles and equipment
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting complex equipment issues
  • Working closely with the team to ensure that all vehicles and equipment are in good working condition

Requirements for the position include:

  • Valid driver's license class B
  • Basic office automation skills
  • English Language Proficiency Level B1 and German Language Proficiency Level B2
