Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate, procure, install, and maintain software applications that meet our organization's needs.
- Develop processes and protocols for software systems.
- Operate and manage the application, including release installation, updates, scripting, task scheduling, and support.
- Ensure flawless integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project success.
- Routinely troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
- Monitor application health, security compliance, and performance.
- Deliver new and improved capabilities in systems monitoring, recovery, and stability aspects of the system.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new platform infrastructure.
- Respond to and resolve escalated technical issues related to the application.
- Create and maintain documentation related to best practices and troubleshooting guides.
- Perform/schedule application script deployment.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong IT background with excellent problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong service-oriented experience/background preferred.
- Familiar with Agile methodology.
- Familiar with RestAPIs, Java, JBoss, Oracle, and authentication messages.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude in dynamic IT environments.
- Fintech background.
- Ability to function as part of an international team with different locations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in the payment area (including payment messages).
Language Requirements:
- English: B2 Upper Intermediate
- German: C1 Advanced
