Job Description

We are seeking a Country HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in shaping our labor relations strategies and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement labor relations strategies that align with company goals and objectives
  • Maintain close contact with employee representatives, including works councils
  • Negotiate labor matters to reach fair agreements
  • Provide coaching and guidance to people leaders and employees on labor relations, employee engagement, and performance management
  • Collaborate with internal interfaces to drive HR projects and process improvements
Requirements
  • Degree in law and relevant professional experience in HR, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Profound knowledge of German labor law and co-determination aspects
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with up to 10% travel
