Job Description

GHARAGE Vision Hub is seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking Innovation Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and shaping the future of travel and retail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive business growth and stay ahead of the competition
  • Lead and manage innovation projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring project milestones are met
  • Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, new technologies, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for innovation
  • Collaborate with our diverse teams to develop new concepts, products, and services
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, presenting innovation initiatives and progress to senior management and stakeholders
  • Foster a culture of innovation within the Vision Hub team, encouraging creative thinking and staying updated on relevant literature and studies
Requirements
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and forward-thinking individual with an innovative mindset and a curious attitude towards visionary trends, human insights, and emerging technologies
  • At least three years of relevant professional experience in innovation management or consultancies managing projects with a focus on innovation and technologies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex quantitative and qualitative information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convince external and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in research methodologies, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field, with a master's degree welcome
