Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Programmer/Operator to join our team at our Albstadt location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating our Stanz-Laser machines to ensure efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Erect and prepare Stanz-Laser machines for production runs
  • Operate machines independently, ensuring high-quality output
  • Develop and modify CNC programs based on technical drawings
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of produced parts
  • Conduct test runs and analyze machine performance
  • Identify and resolve minor machine issues

Requirements:

  • Completed technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in operating, setting up, and programming laser machines is desirable
  • Strong technical understanding and attention to detail
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours in a 2-shift operation
