Join Our Team as a Machine Programmer/Operator

We are seeking a skilled Machine Programmer/Operator to join our team at our Albstadt location. As a Machine Programmer/Operator, you will be responsible for:

  • Setting up and configuring laser machines for production processes

  • Operating the machines independently

  • Creating and modifying CNC programs based on technical drawings

  • Monitoring and ensuring the quality of produced parts

  • Conducting test runs and analyzing machine errors

  • Resolving minor machine issues

Requirements

  • Completed technical education in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field

  • Previous experience in operating, setting up, and programming laser machines is desirable

  • Strong technical understanding and attention to detail

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills

  • Availability for shift work in a 2-shift operation
