Als Category Developer bei DELTA-SPORT entwickelst du und erschließt du einen Warenbereich und bist dabei für den Vertrieb prozessual und kaufmännisch verantwortlich.
- Das Sourcing bis hin zur Kalkulation, Angebotserstellung und Verhandlung mit unserem Kunden und Lieferanten umfasst.
- Die Sortimentsplanung und Ausmusterungsvorbereitung für unseren Kunden übernimmst.
- Bestehende Sortimente optimierst und entwickelst neue Vermarktungskonzepte.
- Neue Sortimentsvorschläge und Strategien auf Basis von Messebesuchen, Storechecks und sonstigen Recherchen erarbeitest.
- Internationale Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen durchführst.
- Produktideen vorstellst und hast ein gutes Gespür für Trends.
Ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung im Handel ist erforderlich.
- Erste Erfahrung in der Sortimentsentwicklung, gern als Einkäufer:in oder Junior Produktmanager:in sowie ein gutes Gespür für die Sortimentsgestaltung und für Trends.
- Erfahrung im Discount-Geschäft, in der Produktentwicklung und im Wareneinkauf von Vorteil.
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel) und Microsoft Dynamics Navision wünschenswert.
- Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis sowie konzeptionelle und faktenbezogene Denkweise.
- Hohes Maß an Flexibilität sowie dynamische und zielgerichtete Arbeitsweise.
- Kommunikativer Teamplayer mit hoher Eigeninitiative, Kreativität und Freude an selbstständiger Arbeit.
