Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (m/f/d) with expertise in Hematology and Oncology to collaborate with our client, Lilly, in various regions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in sales conversations with specialized audiences in medical facilities, clinics, and pharmacies through diverse communication methods, including digital platforms.
  • Execute sales and marketing initiatives for the designated business unit.
  • Formulate and implement territory action plans, including route planning and event coordination.
  • Organize and facilitate training sessions for specialized groups, utilizing both in-person and digital formats.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient knowledge in Oncology and/or Hematology.
  • Background in science (preferably a university degree) or a Certified Pharmaceutical Representative qualification.
  • A minimum of 2 years of proven success as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative.
  • Extensive experience in medical practices and clinics.
  • Strong sales drive and exceptional sales capabilities.
  • Demonstrated sales experience.
  • High social competence, effective team collaboration, and networking abilities.
  • Responsible, independent, and trustworthy work ethic.
  • Ability to engage in value-based selling and respond to customer needs.
  • Digital IT proficiency and customer-oriented communication skills.
  • Proficient verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
