We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Sales Development Program as an International Sales Trainee. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

About the Role

As an International Sales Trainee, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and generating inbound leads for our software solution, HERO
  • Assisting in conducting online product demonstrations and gaining hands-on experience with customer presentations
  • Learning how to manage initial go-to-market activities, with support from our marketing, sales, communication, and product departments
  • Developing your sales skills and growing your career in international sales

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in sales, business, economics, marketing, or a related field
  • Initial experience in a sales or business development role (through internships, part-time jobs, or student projects)
  • Fluency in English and native language skills in French (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers via email, phone, and video conferences
