Are you a driven and ambitious individual looking to kickstart your sales career? Do you have a passion for learning and a strong interest in the international market? If so, our 1-year International Sales Trainee program is the perfect opportunity for you to develop your sales skills and grow your career.

We're seeking a talented individual with a degree in sales, business, economics, marketing, or a related field, and some initial experience in a sales or business development role. As a sales development professional, you will learn how to identify potential customers and generate inbound leads for our software solution, HERO.

Under the guidance of experienced sales professionals, you will assist in conducting online product demonstrations, gain hands-on experience with customer presentations, and learn how to showcase HERO's value to prospective clients. Throughout the program, you will learn to manage initial go-to-market activities, with support from our marketing, sales, communication, and product departments.

As you gain confidence, you'll be given opportunities to take on more responsibility in closing deals, supporting customer onboarding, and gathering feedback to help refine our product-market fit. By collaborating closely with marketing, product, sales, and service departments, you'll become familiar with the full sales process, setting a solid foundation for your career in international sales.
