Überblick über die Aufgaben

Wir suchen einen Prozessmanager für unser Service Delivery Team, der sich auf die Beschreibung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen spezialisiert hat. Der Kandidat wird Standardisierung von Prozessabläufen durchführen, neue Tools implementieren und Templates, Dokumente und Standards entwickeln.

  • Beschreibung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen

  • Implementierung neuer Tools
  • Entwicklung von Templates, Dokumenten und Standards
  • Unterstützung des Serviceprozesses bei ausgewählten Großkunden
  • Mitwirkung bei LessonsLearned und BestPractice Aktivitäten
  • Leitung kleinerer Serviceprojekte
Was Du mitbringst
  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Informationstechnologie oder Finance
  • Bestenfalls erste Berufserfahrung in der IT-Branche
  • ITIL Foundation erwünscht
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Basiskenntnisse
  • Sichere Umgang mit den MS Office-Programmen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
