Industrial Process Developer at Lapp Group

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative manufacturing processes in the automotive sector, ensuring efficiency, quality standards, advanced technologies, and safety
  • Manage and maintain master data in SAP, and provide production documents and reports
  • Define process parameters, create specifications, and procure production equipment and tools
  • Validate and implement new manufacturing processes and optimize existing ones through Lean Management techniques and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Prepare and develop automotive-specific documents, such as FMEA and control plans, to ensure compliance and quality
  • Lead subprojects and initiatives for new product development and process improvements
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in production support and process development, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices, including FMEA and Lean Management
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and other relevant software applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
