Job Description

Worldline is seeking a highly skilled Bid Manager to join our team. As a Bid Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and submission of proposals to clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage proposals from initial concept to final submission
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to understand client needs and develop solutions
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Manage and coordinate the proposal development process, including writing, design, and review
  • Ensure proposals meet client requirements and are submitted on time
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in bid management or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and submitting successful proposals
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices
