IT Process Manager

Key Responsibilities- Analyze business requirements by collaborating closely with local business partners and Global Process Owners
- Provide expert consulting on business process design, focusing on the creation of IT solutions that meet high availability and quality standards and align with industry best practices
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for production processes, with a strong emphasis on SAP within the global template
- Drive and manage roll-out projects in the Production to Manufacturing (PTM) area, ensuring successful implementation and integration of new processes across various teams
- Coordinate and guide plan-to-manufacture specialists in executing process improvements, while proactively evaluating new technologies and innovations to maintain a competitive edge in the industry
- Several years of experience in SAP PP, either at a top global consultancy or in a similar in-house role, bringing deep expertise in Production Planning and Manufacturing Execution processes
- Strong IT and SAP PP skills, along with valuable experience in MES and interface integration, complemented by knowledge of S/4HANA
- Familiarity with related SAP modules such as MM, IM, EWM, SD, and CO enhances versatility in addressing various business needs
- Excellent business process management skills, utilizing methodologies like SAP ASAP, agile, ITIL, and Solution Manager to drive projects effectively
- A modern, collaborative professional with excellent communication skills, engaging stakeholders at all levels and possessing knowledge of ABAP and IDOC, while being open to travel as needed
