About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Process Manager to join our team at Knauf, a leading international market leader in the building materials' industry. As a key member of our global IT transformation team, you will play a crucial role in driving the design and continuous improvement of plant maintenance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements and consult on the optimization of plan-to-repair processes
  • Design and implement IT-based solutions to meet availability and quality targets
  • Define technical specifications for software development and manage the life cycle of designed solutions
  • Scan for relevant innovations and new technologies to improve plan-to-repair processes
  • Support the roll-out, upgrade, and optimization of plant maintenance solutions
Requirements
  • Significant experience in designing, implementing, and improving IT-based plant maintenance processes in international organizations
  • Good mix of competences in business process, project, and service management concepts and tools
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP PM and basic knowledge of related SAP modules
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Fluent English and ideally German skills
