Sales and Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team at SFC Energy Ltd. in Calgary. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department.
About the Role- Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management.
- Track and manage sales leads, including distribution, follow-up, and status updates.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) databases.
- Develop and distribute sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing expense reports, and managing correspondence.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator or similar role in a technology or distribution organization.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent salary and commission-based programs.
