About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Nike Retail team as a Sales Associate - Athlete. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and creating a unique brand experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
- Support the training and development of new team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Assist with various store tasks, including cash handling, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Utilize digital tools to enhance the customer experience and drive sales, both online and in-store.
- Stay up-to-date with new products, services, and company initiatives, and communicate this information to customers and colleagues.
- Participate in store events and promotions, and contribute to the creation of a dynamic and engaging store environment.

Requirements
