Your Impact at CirculaAs the Product Design Lead, you'll be a key leader driving Circula's product development, working closely with Product and Engineering teams. Your mission is to lead, build, and grow an efficient product design team, focusing on the human factor. You'll drive product discovery and delivery projects, mentor your team, and share best practices for ongoing success in one of Europe's fastest-growing fintech SaaS companies.
- Leadership: You'll lead and advise the product design team, sharing your expertise and representing Circula's corporate values.
- Strategy: You'll drive the product design vision and strategy, aligning it with Circula's vision, mission, and goals.
- Collaboration: You'll work closely with Product Managers on new features and exchange ideas with the Product and Engineering teams to prepare for development.

- You have 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, with an excellent portfolio demonstrating your success.
- You're a self-starter, flexible, and have great interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships without losing attention to detail and aesthetic sense.
- You're highly experienced in UX and have strong UI skills.
- You've built and mentored high-performing design teams before.
- You're structured and organized, having managed and delivered products from start to finish.
- You understand how design decisions impact business decisions and can collaborate with the internal tech team to build feasible solutions.
- You're data-driven, making informed business decisions.
- You're proactive, bringing new ideas to improve our product, team, and processes.
- You're willing to learn about the world of accounting, bringing fresh ideas while respecting existing approaches.
