As a member of the Talent Acquisition team at Applike Group GmbH, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process and identifying new talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Team in identifying new candidates through active sourcing using various platforms
  • Draft personalized messages and use an individual approach to contact candidates and ensure a good candidate experience
  • Pre-select candidates in close collaboration with our TA team and Hiring Managers
  • Research and propose new recruiting channels to expand our talent pool
  • Assist in maintaining and updating our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and current candidate information
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Team in scheduling interviews and moving candidates through the recruitment process
Requirements:
  • You are currently based in Germany and can work on-site in the Hamburg office in a hybrid model
  • You have gained experience in active search and are familiar with sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates
  • You are familiar with IT industry terminology, technologies, and tools
  • You like to take ownership and have a structured way of working
  • You have a can-do attitude and willingness to tackle new challenges head-on
  • You are fluent in English
  • You are confident in handling the Google suite
