Foundry Training Lead

Job Summary:
Parsons Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Foundry Training Lead to join our Federal Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to support the success of our US government customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs to meet the needs of our customers, including Foundry Training execution at the 66th MIB Foundry Site.
- Conduct research to identify new internet data sets and exploitation tools, and develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.
- Develop, organize, and conduct training and educational programs for approved personnel, including developing course content and objectives.
- Provide research and analysis to support national security, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, and biographic and targeted vulnerability.
- Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.
- Update course documentation on a regular basis to ensure timeliness and relevance.
- Provide innovative learning solutions and apply industry best practices to address unique training challenges.
- Recommend new training, educational, and multimedia technologies to support training programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of related experience, Master's degree and 13+ years of experience, or PhD or JD and 10+ years of experience.
- Top Secret SCI Clearance.
- Ability to develop, direct, plan, and evaluate training programs or activities to meet external customer or internal employee learning objectives.
- Knowledge of needs analysis, custom course development, development of criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of course objectives, and evaluation and learning assessments.
- Skills to determine the organization, communication, and delivery of course content and materials, and to develop learning activities and demonstrations.
- Skills to create course content, training materials, visual aids, and documentation to support a variety of instructional formats.
- Skills to monitor and evaluate training programs, assess results, and implement enhancements as needed.
