Office Coordinator

At Moody's, we're looking for a skilled Office Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office facilities and managing our purchasing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the condition of our rental space and report any issues or concerns to the office manager.
- Carry out maintenance, minor repairs, and troubleshooting independently.
- Support the implementation of new workplace concepts and employee relocations.
- Prepare workplaces for new employees and provide support during onboarding.
- Manage our corporate customer AMEX account and coordinate with internal and external parties.
- Conduct business correspondence in German and English.
- Support the office manager in other projects.
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial or technical training.
- Very good knowledge of German and English.
- Several years of experience in a global company, including project management and service provider control.
- Basic understanding of company processes, manual skills, and technical knowledge.
- First experiences in commercial transaction processing.
- Strong communication skills, negotiating skills, and a confident, convincing, but friendly demeanor.
- Quick comprehension, implementation skills, high service orientation, high degree of flexibility, resilience, organizational talent, and a structured way of working.
- Openness to new things, initiative, reliability, and a sense of responsibility.
