International Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Project Manager to join our Finance and Administration team at Optima packaging group GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing international projects, ensuring that timeframes, budgets, and quality standards are met worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans with clear objectives, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and service providers across different time zones and cultural boundaries.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, conduct regular risk assessments, and undertake occasional business trips to ensure project success.
  • Consolidate and prepare project status reports for meetings and presentations to the management and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in leading international projects, preferably in finance and administration with occasional business trips.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with the ability to apply them in international contexts.
  • Excellent intercultural skills, communication skills in German and English, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • High problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a keen eye for accuracy, making you a valued team member for complex and challenging international projects.
