We're seeking a highly skilled and empathetic professional to join our team at Apryl as a Member Care Expert. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our members throughout their fertility and family-forming journeys.
Key Responsibilities- Member Onboarding and Support: Provide personalized assistance to new members, educating them on fertility, adoption, and surrogacy options.
- Concierge-Level Support: Offer ongoing support to members, addressing their inquiries, and providing tailored solutions to their unique needs.
- Research and Knowledge Management: Conduct in-depth research on country-specific legislation and medical landscapes related to fertility and family-forming options, and regularly update our knowledge databases with the latest information.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, and maintain a high level of emotional intelligence and empathy when interacting with members.
- Customer Service Skills: Possess exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- Empathy and Emotional Intelligence: Demonstrate a compassionate approach, with high emotional intelligence and a genuine passion for helping others through sensitive life stages.
- Adaptability and Continuous Learning: Be able to quickly grasp new topics and continuously expand your knowledge in the fields of fertility, adoption, and surrogacy.
- Organizational Skills: Possess strong attention to detail, excellent prioritization abilities, and the capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative Spirit: Be able to work both independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Background in Healthcare or Human Services: A background in healthcare, human services, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Prior Experience in Customer Care: Prior experience in a customer care role is preferred.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is required, with additional regional languages being a plus.
- Annual Gross Salary Range: €22,000 – €24,000 for Berlin-based applicants.
