Global Brand Manager

As a Global (Senior) Brand Manager, you will be responsible for managing the development of all key marketing programs for Monkey 47 Gin. You will play a leading role in driving the strategy of the brand by developing creative and breakthrough ideas across the Key Activation Pillars.
Key Responsibilities:- Build the equity of the Monkey 47 brand with compelling creative marketing programs that inspire markets to invest and win the hearts and minds of consumers.
- Support the development and implementation of Monkey 47 brand strategy into execution across the marketing and track performance to identify potential optimizations.
- Support key markets in excellence in execution.
- Provide annual brand planning and integrated business planning support.
- Lead in the delivery of distinctive brand communications for markets, including core asset development, strategic partnerships, and associated toolkits, as well as monitoring uptake and performance.
- Lead in NPD / Limited Edition launch executions, including toolkit development.
- Jointly lead in advocacy plan development alongside the Global Brand Ambassador & Market activation Team.
- Lead in POS strategy and development in line with S&R guidelines and brand storytelling.
- Manage the A&P budget.
- You bring a university degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- You have several years of (global) brand management experience ideally with relevant brand building experience in drinks, luxury or lifestyle.
- You are experienced in working on projects with multiple stakeholders.
- You bring a high level of motivation and team player mentality in a collaborative way with a strong sense of ethics.
- You are proactive and have a hands-on mentality.
- You are fluent in English and German.
