Job OverviewWe are seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to strengthen our Core OTC Marketing Team at our office in Stuttgart. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and leading the execution of local brand initiatives and activation, staying on top of the latest consumer behavior, and contributing to the brand strategy development.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead the execution of local brand initiatives and activation in close alignment with the responsible Senior Brand Manager and Team Lead
- Stay on top of the latest consumer behavior, collect and analyze insights for your brand and category to contribute to the brand strategy development
- Lead local development and deliverables of all the brand activities and closely engage with our external partners such as media, creative, and production agencies
- Drive internal brand share-of-voice and secure support for your projects from your key internal stakeholders in Digital Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, Business controlling, and Supply
- Define, track, and report brand KPIs and Advertising & Promotion budget on a monthly basis to ensure marketing ROI
- Bachelor or Master degree in business, communication, or similar
- Fluency in English and German
- Passionate about working in consumer self-care within a fast digitalizing environment
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills. Ability to quickly assess facts and come up with recommendations
- Intrinsic motivated and driven to make a difference
- Daring to take ownership and assume responsibility
- Marketing experience in Pharma and/or FMCG environment is a plus
