About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Expert to join our team at ZEISS. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business process improvements and implementing SAP S/4HANA across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage regional business requirements and lead local fit-gap analyses under the guidance of deputy/hub process owners.
  • Provide guidance and steer junior business experts in requirements analysis, business process modeling, and process adaptation.
  • Develop process maps and models to illustrate adapted business processes and drive harmonization and standardization across the organization.
  • Design and own test cases, conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system, and support the definition and conduction of functional test cases.
  • Contribute to the roll-in of assigned roll-in projects in a region, primarily within a segment, and liaise with entity business experts on preparatory work.
  • Support the creation of training material and end-user training under the coordination of the training lead.

Requirements
  • 4-6 years of relevant professional experience in business.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • In-depth understanding of at least one end-to-end business process.
  • Proven experience with business requirements management and business processes modeling.
  • Experience with SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA, as well as relevant third-party business systems.
  • Relevant industry knowledge.
  • Excellent conceptual, results-oriented, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build networks and keenness to work in intercultural and interdisciplinary global teams.
  • Business fluent in English and German.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 50-70%).
