About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Expert International Health Insurance Specialist to join our team at ERGO Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in defining and implementing performance management standards and best practices across our international health insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain performance management standards and guidelines for our international health insurance companies.
  • Facilitate the implementation of best practices in performance management across the organization.
  • Improve skills in key areas of performance management, including provider and partner management, medical function/management, file reviews, fraud detection, claims recovery, customer experience, and digital innovations in performance management.
  • Support business units in developing and applying advanced methods and technical capabilities in performance management.
  • Aid business units in executing local optimization projects in performance management.

About You:

We are looking for a solution-oriented and flexible insurance expert with a strong academic background and professional experience in the insurance industry. You should have a proven track record and strong references, as well as experience in performance management/processing or controlling and proficient knowledge of relevant tools and methods.

Requirements:

  • Possession of an academic degree or a strong professional background.
  • Professional experience in the insurance industry, with an outstanding track record and strong references.
  • Experience in performance management/processing or controlling and proficient knowledge of relevant tools and methods.
  • Ability to develop, maintain, and analyze solutions for relevant issues.
  • Familiarity with relevant issues surrounding performance management in international (health) insurance.
  • High level of personal motivation and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to work successfully in an international environment and interact with various stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent statistical and analytical skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English and ideally another European language.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.
