Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Mitarbeiter, der sich für das System of Quality Management (SoQM) begeistern kann. Als Teil unseres SoQM Core Management Teams wirst du eine wichtige Rolle bei der Unterstützung unserer Geschäftsbereiche bei allen arbeitsrechtlichen und juristischen Fragestellungen spielen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Unterstütze unsere Geschäftsbereiche bei der Identifikation und Steuerung von Risiken und Prozessen.
  • Beteile dich an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Verbesserung der Qualität und Effizienz unserer Prozesse.
  • Arbeite eng mit unserem SoQM Core Team zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Prozesse effizient und effektiv sind.
  • Unterstütze die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Trainings- und Sensibilisierungsmaßnahmen für unsere Mitarbeiter.
  • Arbeite an der Verbesserung unserer internen Kontrollsysteme und Compliance-Managementsysteme.
Deine Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Betriebswirtschaft.
  • Erfahrung im Betrieb von internen Kontrollsystemen (IKS) oder Compliance-Managementsystemen.
  • Solide MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Excel, PowerPoint) und Interesse an der Digitalisierung von Prozessen und neuen IT-Tools.
  • Praxiserfahrung im agilen Projektumfeld ist ideal.
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Denkweise, Kommunikationsvermögen und Kund:innenorientierung sowie Innovationskraft.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Schreibfähigkeiten und Kenntnisse in Präsentationstools sowie gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten.
