Fashion Buyer EU

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Buyer to join our Fabletics EU team in Berlin. As a Buyer, you will play a key role in developing product assortments that resonate with the European market, aligning with the Fabletics brand ethos.
Key Responsibilities- Product Selection & Buying: Develop and execute the buying strategy for Fabletics EU, ensuring that product assortments meet market demands and align with brand values.
- Inventory Management: Take full control of inventory management by monitoring and adjusting inventory levels to ensure optimal stock.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly review sales performance to refine the product mix and buying strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, merchandising, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless go-to-market process.
- Price Point Management: Manage product price points based on demand, competition, and market trends.
- Trend Analysis: Stay informed about fashion trends across various categories.
- Product Development: Source and develop new styles that meet the needs of the European market.
- 2-4 years of experience in buying or merchandising within the fashion industry.
- Passion for Fashion: A deep understanding of fashion trends and a genuine passion for the industry.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer insights to make informed decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and strategies clearly to both internal teams and external partners.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; additional European language skills are a plus.
