Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Team Leader. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for welcoming and serving our guests, handling customer inquiries, and supporting the team in various tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome and serve our guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions to their problems
  • Support the team in tasks such as ticket sales, food and beverage preparation, and cleaning
  • Assist in the organization and execution of events and parties
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the management
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
