Job Title: Team Leader ECM/DMS

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader ECM/DMS to join our team at GULP – experts united. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the management and leadership of the ECM/DMS area for medical data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Disciplinary and technical management of the Archiv team (ECM/DMS)
  • Establishment of the department and definition of processes
  • Main responsibility for the operation and further development of the enterprise content management system (ECM) in use
  • Development of a company-wide product vision and strategy as well as ongoing optimization of the ECM in joint coordination with the internal departments
  • Coordination, management and implementation of projects to establish new digital processes
  • Jointly ensuring the operation of the ECM and supporting the application throughout the entire product life cycle, including requirements, test, change, problem and release management
  • Management of external service providers / manufacturers
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of ECM/DMS or archiving
  • Experience in personnel management
  • Experience in the implementation and management of IT projects over the entire cycle (from requirements management to go-live and subsequent operation)
  • Knowledge of the healthcare sector and specific standards such as HL7, IHE and FHIR is desirable, but not a must
  • Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working
  • Very good written and spoken German
