Mynaric AG is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Expert to fill the role of Interim Team Leader for Quality Operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our production processes, from incoming materials to outgoing products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement inspection procedures and methods to guarantee quality requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to establish and maintain technical and quality assurance measures.
  • Analyze test data and work with production and development teams to identify improvements.
  • Own and promote the use of our company's internal Non-Conformance Management system.
  • Lead Root-Cause analysis within the framework of our non-conformance management process.
  • Guide and lead the technical quality assurance team to achieve exceptional results.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in a technical field, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven people management skills or willingness to grow into the role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Extensive experience in a multi-disciplinary project environment, particularly in a disruptive product.
  • Proficiency in IT tools like PowerBI, SQL, SAP, and MES.
  • A strong plus would be several years of experience in an aerospace company.
  • Results-oriented, reliable, and proactive individual, working responsibly and independently.
  • Proven ability to coordinate across disciplines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in setting up and leading multi-cultural teams and supporting junior members to expand their skillset.
  • Good written and spoken English communication skills.
