About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our CFO Office team at tonies - Boxine GmbH. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Chief Financial Officer in making informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide critical insights and analysis to support the CFO in developing and implementing long-term, strategic finance roadmaps.
- Assist the CFO and Director of CFO Office & Performance Management in reviewing proposals, preparing meetings, and supporting the daily business of the CFO.
- Conduct detailed analysis and financial modeling to evaluate projects, track key financial metrics, and provide regular updates to the CFO.
- Lead selected high-profile projects and initiatives, and support the preparation of key governance and external meetings.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards for the CFO and executive/finance leadership team.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven track record of thought leadership in high-profile projects.
- Excellent knowledge of financial tools and applications, including Excel, Jedox, and Tableau.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in corporate finance or top-tier consulting, with a clear finance focus.
- Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field, with further relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) highly preferred.
