Financial Analyst CFO Office

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our CFO Office team at tonies - Boxine GmbH. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Chief Financial Officer in making informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide critical insights and analysis to support the CFO in developing and implementing long-term, strategic finance roadmaps.
  • Assist the CFO and Director of CFO Office & Performance Management in reviewing proposals, preparing meetings, and supporting daily business operations.
  • Conduct detailed analysis and financial modeling to evaluate projects, track key financial metrics, and provide regular updates to the CFO.
  • Lead selected high-profile projects and initiatives, and support the preparation of key governance and external meetings.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards for the CFO and executive/finance leadership team.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in corporate finance or top-tier consulting.
  • Proficient in financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with top-management teams.
  • Knowledge of financial tools and applications, such as Excel, Jedox, and Tableau.
  • Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
