Product Manager Software Vehicle Control

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Hydac. As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our software tool chain, MATCH.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and customers to understand their needs and expectations.
- Evaluate and prioritize market and customer requirements, and consolidate them into actionable product features.
- Analyze market potential for new product features and functionalities.
- Translate customer requirements into concrete product features and user stories.
- Assess technical feasibility and estimate development efforts required.
- Create product definitions and requirements documents for MATCH.
- Develop strategic product development presentations.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in strategic product management and market knowledge in software tools or the construction and agricultural machinery industry.
- Familiarity with design thinking, Windows Design Guidelines, and graphic design tools or agile product development techniques.
- Experience in Windows (ideal: WPF or XAML) or embedded programming (C/C++, Qt, and/or MATLAB/SIMULINK).
- Excellent communication and argumentation skills.
- Very good German and English language skills.
