About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Application Engineer to join our team at Formlabs GmbH. As a key member of our Sales team, you will provide technical direction and business guidance to our partners in Northern Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide training, consultancy, and product demos to Formlabs customers and new employees
  • Assist the sales and support teams on events, congresses, and exhibitions in the DACH region, Benelux, Nordic, UK/Ir
  • Support Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and KOL-led initiatives
  • Collaborate on continuous improvement of technical support processes and tools
  • Play a key role in obtaining feedback and input from the market to product management
  • Facilitate the understanding and usage of our products through classroom, webinars, and remote trainings initiatives
  • Prepare and analyze technical reports and serve as the first point of contact between customers and our (enterprise) service department
Requirements
  • German native speaking skills and very good English
  • Experience in using dental CAD/CAM systems and a strong understanding of 3D printing technology
  • Experience as a Digital Dental Product Specialist or similar role
  • Extensive knowledge and insights in the work and needs of dentists and dental technicians
  • Ability to build professional relationships based on trust and respect, with excellent communication skills
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and good intercultural skills
