Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Solution Consultant, der sich in unserem dynamischen Team einbringen möchte.

Als Solution Consultant bei SquareNeo wirst du Teil eines innovativen KI-Startups, das mit Leidenschaft und Kreativität an der Spitze der Technologie arbeitet.

Deine Aufgaben werden dich in alle Aspekte des Consultings einbeziehen, von der Onboarding-Phase bis hin zur Unterstützung unserer Gründer im täglichen Geschäft.

Aufgaben
  • Wir lernen dich in unserer Onboarding-Phase kennen und zeigen dir unsere SquareNeo-Plattform und unsere Consulting-Strategie und Herangehensweisen.
  • Dann unterstützt du unsere Gründer im täglichen Geschäft und lernst, wie man Interessenten von einer Lösung begeistert und einen echten Kundennutzen schafft.
  • Zeige dein Talent, indem du überzeugende kundenspezifische Demos auf Basis unseres SquareNeo SalesCoaches mit den neuesten KI-Möglichkeiten erstellst.
  • Präsentationen finden meist online via Teams statt. Gelegentlich kannst du uns auch zu persönlichen Treffen mit Kunden und Interessenten begleiten, um live dabei zu sein und die Prozesse kennenzulernen.
  • Und ganz wichtig: Bringe dich aktiv ein Wir sind am Anfang und wollen besser werden. Wir freuen uns daher über all deine Ideen
Qualifikation
  • Wenn du BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder einen ähnlichen Studiengang studierst, passt das perfekt.
  • Von Vorteil ist, wenn du gut kommunizieren kannst, zuverlässig bist und auf Details achtest.
  • Ein agiles Mindset und analytisches Verständnis sind Pluspunkte.
  • Viele unserer Kunden sind im deutschsprachigen Raum ansässig. Daher sind gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch von Vorteil.
  • Das Praktikum sollte ein Pflichtpraktikum mit einer Laufzeit von ca. 6 Monaten sein.
  • Ob im Büro, von zu Hause oder von unterwegs - jede:r arbeitet, wo es am besten passt.
  • Wir sind ein Start-up und wollen gemeinsam etwas aufbauen. Jeder packt mit an. Wenn du darauf Lust hast, bist du ein perfekter Match :-)
