About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud-Native Developer to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex product features and functionalities for cutting-edge cloud technologies as part of the SAP Business Technology Platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and design innovative solutions for cloud-based applications and services.
  • Develop and implement high-quality code using Go, Java, and Spring frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Lead backlog items and tasks, guiding other developers for best execution.
  • Develop and enhance automation tests to ensure seamless integration.
  • Gain advanced overall product and technical knowledge to share with others.
  • Proactively monitor and continuously measure and improve the performance of our services.
Requirements
  • University Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
  • 3+ years of proven development experience with programming languages and frameworks.
  • Experience with SQL databases, database-related optimizations, and data processing.
  • Knowledge and experience in Cloud Native paradigms and container technologies.
  • Automation savvy with experience using testing tools and strategies.
  • Experience with debugging and monitoring distributed systems.
  • Curiosity and ability to quickly understand and learn new technologies, concepts, and tools.
  • Fluent English both in written and verbal form.
