Bosch Service Solutions GmbH sucht einen erfahrenen Application Owner (m/w/div.) für Kernsysteme in Operations, der Teil des Teams "Digital Tools & Applications" im Bereich "Deployment Business Excellence" ist.

Als Application Owner (m/w/div.) für Kernsysteme in Operations bist du verantwortlich für die Definition, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der Strategie für die relevanten Applikationen (z.B. Kommunikationsplattform). Du definierst gemeinsam mit den operativen Einheiten und der IT die Roadmap und priorisierst die Umsetzung der Anforderungen.

Deine Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Die Steuerung globaler Migrationsprojekte zum Wechsel von Kernsystemen und die Gewährleistung eines reibungsfreien Ablaufs.
  • Die Sicherstellung, dass alle Anforderungen an Daten- und Informationssicherheit sowie Anwendung der relevanten Robert Bosch Direktiven an die IT-Systeme, die in deinem Verantwortungsbereich liegen, erfüllt werden und somit die Audit-Sicherheit gewährleistet ist.
  • Die Entwicklung eines Reporting für die jeweiligen Tools mit den geforderten KPIs.

Wir suchen nach einem engagierten und erfahrenen Application Owner (m/w/div.) mit:

  • Abgeschlossenem Hochschulstudium (Bachelor/Master) in Informatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Volkswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbarem Fach.
  • Mehreren Jahren praktischer Erfahrung im IT-Umfeld.
  • Erfahrung mit Systemen aus dem Service Delivery Umfeld bzw. Kundenmanagement.
  • Verständnis für BI und Data Analytics.
  • Fundierten Kenntnissen von Markttrends und neuen Technologien im Bereich Digitalisierung.
  • Erfahrung mit Scrum und agilen Methoden.
