Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Application Owner, der Teil des Teams "Digital Tools & Applications" im Bereich "Deployment Business Excellence" wird. Als Application Owner bist du verantwortlich für die Definition, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der Strategie für die relevanten Applikationen (z.B. Kommunikationsplattform).

Hauptherausforderungen
  • Definition der Roadmap und Priorisierung der Umsetzung der Anforderungen gemeinsam mit den operativen Einheiten und der IT
  • Steuerung globaler Migrationsprojekte zum Wechsel von Kernsystemen und Gewährleistung eines reibungsfreien Ablaufs
  • Sicherstellung, dass alle Anforderungen an Daten- und Informationssicherheit sowie Anwendung der relevanten Robert Bosch Direktiven an die IT-Systeme erfüllt werden
  • Entwicklung eines Reporting für die jeweiligen Tools mit den geforderten KPIs
Qualifikationen
  • Ausbildung: abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Bachelor/Master) in Informatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Volkswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbares
  • Erfahrung und Wissen: Mehrere Jahre praktische Erfahrung im IT Umfeld erwünscht; Erfahrung mit Systemen aus dem Service Delivery Umfeld bzw. Kundenmanagement; Verständnis für BI und Data Analytics; Fundierte Kenntnisse von Markttrends und neuen Technologien im Bereich Digitalisierung; Erfahrung mit Scrum und agilen Methoden
  • Persönlichkeit: Prozess- und Ergebnis- sowie Lösungsorientierung; Hohe Eigenmotivation und proaktives Mindset; Durchsetzungsvermögen; Innovativ und kreativ; Ausgeprägtes Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick; Gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten; Internationale Offenheit und Reisebereitschaft
  • Sprachkenntnisse: verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Arbeitsweise: Analytisches Denken, systematische und pragmatische Problemlösungshaltung; Konzeptionelles und strategisches Vorgehen
